P.M.S. is an artistic collective. Its three members are Posak Jodian, manman (Man Chun Chao), and Shih Wei Chen. Together each can draw upon the long-standing interests and particular skills and knowledge of the other two in the areas of aesthetics, culture, politics, and various other dimensions relating to the moving image.
They have been converging these individual thoughts and practices into collective form since 2022, when P.M.S was officially established. This act marked the initiation of their creative projects and has since seen the staging of multiple screening events. In this current phase of their work, their focus is directed towards Indigenous communities and gender. They invite audiences to engage in post-screening discussion, aiming to expand mutual understanding through diverse perspectives and to contemplate the dynamic relationships between individuals and collectives, encompassing collaboration, negotiation, and even confrontation.
